Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands seeks a senior physical security & identity innovation specialist to translate strategy into tangible outcomes by linking business needs, security risks and opportunities to a governed portfolio. You will drive investment decisions and enable future Physical Security capabilities across the organization.

You will build trusted partnerships across DTS and related centers, establish governance, and ensure innovations transition into operating services within the Physical

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in innovation, portfolio management, governance, program management or strategic initiatives.
• Proven experience developing business cases, investment proposals and management recommendations.
• Experience establishing governance structures, processes, operating models or decision-making frameworks in a complex organization.
• Experience aligning strategic, governance and operational functions with diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation portfolio management processes with a transparent, prioritized portfolio.
• Develop business cases and investment proposals for technology opportunities and capability investments.
• Define and improve governance, decision-making criteria, and investment frameworks.
• Create and maintain an innovation funnel to capture ideas, risks and opportunities.
• Translate opportunities into future capability roadmaps, standards and roadmaps.
• Establish trusted partnerships to identify opportunities and support adoption.
• Provide leadership and coaching for upcoming innovation professionals.
