Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands is seeking a senior physical security and identity innovation specialist to translate strategy into tangible outcomes by connecting security risks and business needs to a governed portfolio.

You will build trusted partnerships, establish governance, and ensure innovations are transitioned into operational standards and services across DTS, CRE Center of Excellence and related sectors, while mentoring future specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in innovation, governance or program management.
• Experience developing business cases, investment proposals and management recommendations.
• Experience establishing governance structures and decision-making frameworks in a complex org.
• Ability to align diverse stakeholder groups across governance, strategy and operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation portfolio management and governance for a transparent, prioritized set of initiatives.
• Develop business cases and investment proposals for technology and capability investments.
• Define and improve governance, decision-making criteria and investment frameworks.
• Create an innovation funnel to collect, assess and mature ideas and opportunities.
• Translate opportunities into future capability roadmaps, standards and initiatives.
• Develop trusted partnerships across DTS, CRE COE, sectors and external partners.
• Ensure validated innovations are integrated into standards and operational services.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to future innovation specialists.
