  • Translate innovation opportunities into future capability roadmaps, architectural direction, standards and strategic improvement initiatives
  • Develop trusted partnerships across DTS, CRE Center of Excellence, sectors and external partners to identify innovation opportunities, align priorities and support innovation adoption
  • Establish and maintain transition and adoption mechanisms that ensure validated innovations are effectively integrated into standards, implementation initiatives and operational services within the Physical Security community
  • Provide functional leadership, coaching and guidance to future innovation specialists responsible for feasibility studies, market research, proof of concepts, pilots and innovation execution
Education and experience

To be successful in the role, you have the following:

  • Business acumen to assess opportunities and develop compelling business cases, investment proposals and management recommendations
  • Strategic thinking combined with the ability to translate long-term objectives into actionable roadmaps, priorities and measurable outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, building trusted partnerships and alignment across governance, expert and operational teams without direct authority
