Job summary

Nebul, based in the Netherlands, is building Europe’s sovereign AI cloud. We’re looking for a Medior / Senior Security Engineer to join as our first dedicated security engineer and help scale our technical security capabilities.

You’ll work with the CISO and engineering teams in a hybrid DevSecOps/SecOps role, shaping security from CI/CD to incident response, with ownership of security architecture and tooling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on security engineering in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes security controls (RBAC, Network Policies).
• Proficiency with security tooling (Semgrep, Trivy, Gitleaks, Checkov).

Responsibilities

• Integrate security into CI/CD workflows across Nebul’s tech stack.
• Strengthen SecOps with vulnerability management and incident response.
• Secure Kubernetes environments and container lifecycles.
• Develop security automation and custom integrations using Python, Bash, and Go.
• Collaborate with CISO and engineering to mature security architecture.
