Job summary

Eye Security is seeking a Senior Technical Information Security Officer to design and implement our IT security architecture and monitoring platform. You will translate compliance requirements from the CISO office into robust technical controls, oversee log analytics, and ensure controls stay operational and auditable.

This is a high-impact, senior role with strategic influence. You will collaborate with ISO and engineering teams to ensure ISO 27001:2022 and EU NIS2 compliance, while leading

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS, DLP, log analytics, SIEM platforms, and secure configuration management in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of RBAC and separation of duties and their implementation in modern IT infrastructures.
• Expertise in security frameworks and compliance standards, particularly ISO 27001:2022 and EU NIS2 requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate compliance requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills to bridge compliance and technical audiences, including senior leadership and external auditors.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security architecture, including insider threat solutions and secure configurations.
• Lead log analytics and monitoring, build SIEM rules, and coordinate real-time response with the CISO office.
• Coordinate vulnerability management, bug bounty coordination, and penetration testing oversight.
• Develop and maintain documentation to support ISO 27001:2022 and EU NIS2 compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering and compliance teams to translate requirements into actionable controls.
