Job summary

Sendcloud is seeking an Information Security Officer in Eindhoven, combining governance with hands-on leadership to keep ISO 27001 healthy and audit-ready. You’ll work across Engineering, Platform, IT, Legal/Privacy, and Support to protect customers and the business.

You’ll lead risk governance, drive security improvements, and influence leadership from EM to VP while ensuring security enables delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ (typically 5+) years of relevant experience with ISO 27001 or equivalent.
• Owns ISO 27001 ISMS and drives audit readiness and remediation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own our ISO 27001 ISMS end-to-end, including audits and governance.
• Maintain a living risk register and drive mitigations with owners.
• Develop practical security policies and standards for the org.
• Lead security incident governance in collaboration with Platform and Engineering.
• Manage third-party and vendor security risk with Legal on requirements.
