Himalayas is seeking a Scrum Master to join a remote EU team. The successful candidate will facilitate agile ceremonies, coach the team on empirical processes, and collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a well-groomed backlog.

You will drive data-driven improvements, track velocity and cycle times, and optimize delivery across multiple teams. This is a remote, B2B contract with international work scope and strong English fluency required.

Formación

• University degree in IT or related field.
• 8+ years IT professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Collaborate with product owner to manage the backlog and align on priorities.
• Coach teams on empiricism, value-based backlog slicing, and incremental delivery.
• Track flow metrics and guide data-driven improvement across teams.
• Support adoption of agile standards, tools, and best practices.
• Identify and resolve impediments to team progress.
