Job summary

Everience, an international consulting group, seeks a Senior Scrum Master to support multiple teams within a SAFe framework. You will drive autonomy, maturity and reliable delivery, collaborating with the RTE on continuous improvements.

You will influence change, coach teams and Product Owners, and foster a culture of sustainable improvements to deliver greater business value in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of demonstrable experience in an agile role as a Scrum Master.
• Experience coaching and supporting at least three teams simultaneously.
• Experience as a Scrum Master in complex IT/business environments.
• Excellent command of Dutch (written and spoken).
• Experience in SAFe or comparable scaled agile framework.
• Strong change management and organizational development skills.
• Experience with data-driven improvement based on flow and delivery metrics.

Job Description

As a Senior Scrum Master, you support multiple teams in increasing their autonomy, maturity, and delivery reliability. At the same time, you look beyond individual teams and work on improvements across the entire value stream, collaborating with the RTE on the continuous improvement of the foundation. You are an experienced change agent who makes patterns visible, does not shy away from difficult conversations, and delivers sustainable improvements. Based on your experience, you know when to facilitate, coach, advise, or intervene firmly. You are not evaluated on organizing ceremonies, but on the sustainable improvements you achieve for teams and the organization. You help the business area continuously improve its ability to deliver value more effectively and predictably in a constantly evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's level working and thinking ability (HBO level);
• At least 7 years of demonstrable experience in an agile role as a Scrum Master;
• Proven experience coaching and supporting at least three teams simultaneously;
• Experience as a Scrum Master within complex IT and business environments;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken;
• Experience working in a SAFe environment or a comparable scaled agile framework;
• Strong change management capabilities and experience with organizational development;
• Experience with data-driven improvement based on flow and delivery metrics.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a systemic perspective;
• Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge constructively, and collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines.
