Job summary

Everience is an international consulting group focused on AI-augmented digital services and workforce development. We seek an experienced Scrum Master to strengthen team collaboration, improve flow, and boost sprint value in the HS/MS/BVN value chain within the energy sector.

You will coach teams daily, enhance definitions of done, manage acceptance criteria, and drive performance across agile teams while maintaining a positive, learning-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years as Scrum Master/Agile Coach.
• Certified Scrum Master (PSM II) required.
• Strong Dutch language required.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach teams toward high performance within the SAFe framework.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement methods to improve flow and predictability.
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Support organizational growth and learning-oriented culture.
