Job summary

Eurofins Scientific in Boxmeer seeks a Senior Scientist to join the BTS Vaccine Formulation team. You will lead projects on new vaccine formulations, develop and transfer processes, and ensure GLP/GMP compliant work in a dynamic environment.

You will perform hands-on lab work, design experiments, manage timelines, and prepare regulatory documents. A strong background in chemistry or chemical engineering and experience with scale-up are required.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling up chemical production processes.
• Experience working under GxP guidelines (GLP/GMP).
• Knowledge of transfer methodologies between sites or processes.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with MPS methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on lab work as part of the BTS Vaccine Formulation team.
• Lead one or more projects and project teams with defined goals and timelines.
• Design and plan experiments based on guidelines and project timelines.
• Identify deviations and propose improvements with root-c case analysis.
• Prepare statements, reports and regulatory documents.
• Ensure operations are performed under GxP (GLP/GMP).
