Job summary

The Member Company in the Netherlands is seeking a Formulation Operator to prepare and formulate vaccines and pharmaceutical products in a modern GMP production environment. You will work with large-scale installations and ensure every batch meets the highest quality standards while contributing to a collaborative team.

You will perform preparation and formulation tasks, handle fixed and mobile brewing kettles up to 5000 litres, manage raw materials, CIP/SIP processes, and record process steps

Responsibilities

• Preparation and formulation of vaccines and pharmaceutical products.
• Working with fixed and mobile brewing kettles up to 5000 litres.
• Preparation, control and release of raw materials, filters and materials.
• Execution of CIP and SIP processes on plants and equipment.
• Registration of process steps and checks according to GMP and GDP guidelines.
• Identifying and resolving deviations and process disruptions.
• Collaborating with colleagues from production, quality, planning and technical operations.
• Contributing to improvement projects and optimizations within the department.
