Job summary

Dutch Talent BV in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Sales Support Specialist to ensure orders, requests and agreements are processed accurately in a fast-moving retail/FMCG environment. You will coordinate between customers, account managers and internal teams and own end-to-end follow-up.

This independent role offers room for initiative, personal development and a competitive gross monthly salary of €3,700–€4,700 plus a pension, 13th month, travel allowance and home office flexibility.

Qualifications

• Several years of relevant experience in retail/FMCG, sales support or similar roles.
• Ability to switch between tasks and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact with customers regarding requests, orders, deliveries and commercial questions.
• Process and check orders and related documentation.
• Prepare quotations and other commercial correspondence.
• Monitor ongoing agreements and ensure actions are followed up on time.
• Support account managers in managing existing customer relationships.
• Coordinate customer requests and orders with logistics and internal teams.
• Identify discrepancies, bottlenecks or delays and take independent action to resolve them.
• Keep customer and administrative records accurate and up to date.
• Contribute ideas to improve day-to-day activities and processes.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Support Specialist. This is an independent role for someone who enjoys being closely involved in the commercial process and making sure that requests, orders and agreements are followed up efficiently and accurately. You will work in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly and several things are happening at the same time. This requires someone who can keep a clear overview, set priorities and take action without always being told what to do.

As a Senior Sales Support Specialist, you will be an important link between customers, account managers and internal departments. You make sure that requests, orders and agreements are processed correctly and that progress is carefully monitored.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining daily contact with customers regarding requests, orders, deliveries and commercial questions

• You have a good command of English
