Job summary

FeedbackFruits, an edtech company, seeks a senior full-stack engineer to build the next version of our platform. You’ll own full-stack delivery from backend logic to server-rendered UI, and drive the Ember to Rails + Hotwire migration with cross-functional teams.

You’ll contribute to CI/CD improvements, ensure performance, and develop LMS integrations, joining a hybrid team with anchor days at our Amsterdam HQ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Ruby on Rails as home stack.
• Write tests with RSpec and Capybara.
• User-oriented: design features around user needs and workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
• Familiarity with Ember.js migration to Hotwire is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-stack delivery on the roadmap from backend to server-rendered UI.
• Lead Ember → Rails + Hotwire migration and collaboration with PMs/designers.
• Handle support escalations and bug-fixing alongside feature work.
• Improve CI/CD practices and deployment pipelines for reliability.
• Build and maintain LMS integrations using LTI and partner APIs.
