Fastned is seeking a Risk Specialist to strengthen its risk and control framework while enabling rapid growth. You will partner with Operations, Product & Engineering, Finance and Legal & Compliance to embed risk thinking across the business.

In a two-person team, you will identify, assess, and address risks, build dashboards, and translate risk into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, internal control, or a similar role.
• Experience building or shaping risk practices within growing organisations.
• Experience with fraud risk and knowledge of fraud typologies.
• Understanding of what being a listed company means for risk and compliance.

Mansioni

• Define, maintain, and drive Fastned's risk management framework, including policies, controls, risk appetite principles, and the risk roadmap.
• Lead fraud detection and investigation as a key operational risk domain, developing detection rules, managing alerts, and investigating incidents.
• Translate risk exposure into measurable indicators, develop KRIs and dashboards, monitor alerts to identify emerging risks.
• Act as SME and trusted advisor to stakeholders, embedding risk considerations in decision making across the organisation.
• Increase risk and control awareness, enabling departments to identify, assess, and own their risks and controls.
