Job summary

NN Group in The Hague is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of strategic change initiatives within Group Risk. You will collaborate with project and programme managers, workstream leads and subject matter experts across Group Risk and business units to maintain progress within scope and timelines.

You will lead in ensuring effective change execution, provide project management support, and oversee central project activities while taking on sub-projects and milestones.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience within Risk, project management support, PMO, change delivery or project execution
• Ambitious Jr. Project Manager focused on delivering strategic change
• Ability to translate plans into tangible results and manage complex topics

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of larger strategic programmes and independently manage smaller projects or workstreams within Group Risk
• Coordinate input from Risk experts, business units, IT and data stakeholders
• Prepare high-quality management information, decision papers and Steering Committee materials
• Proactively identify challenges, propose solutions and support decision-making
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication and structured follow-ups
