QuantWare is seeking a Senior RF engineer to own the end-to-end design, verification, and scaling of the flex interconnect interface for our VIO technology. You will bridge RF engineering with hands-on project management, guiding vendor partnerships and specifications to meet roadmap targets.

You will lead cross-functional efforts to balance RF performance, mechanical reliability, and manufacturability, while mentoring a growing engineering team focused on flex interconnects and cryogenic

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on RF engineering and high-frequency interconnect experience.
• Experience with superconducting circuits and cryogenic environments is a bonus.
• Proven track record leading hardware or R&D projects from concept to volume production.
• Vendor co-development: managing external vendors and suppliers to deliver complex parts.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full lifecycle of flex interconnect systems across product generations, from concept through verification and high-volume manufacturing.
• Maintain high signal integrity and RF performance while ensuring long-term mechanical reliability and thermal performance.
• Collaborate with external partners to translate RF/mechanical specs into clear technical requirements for vendors.
• Own supplier development schedules and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality or yield.
• Lead and mentor an engineering team dedicated to flex interconnect development and RF integration.
