Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Dutch Branch is seeking a Solutions Architect focused on retail and consumer goods to partner with customers’ senior leaders and design scalable cloud solutions. You will advise on trade-offs, define milestones, and promote AWS capabilities in a fast-moving, industry-focused environment.

Qualifications

Experience designing and architecting cloud-based solutions for enterprise customers.
Proven ability to manage customer engagements and collaborate with stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of AWS and AI-enabled technologies.

Responsibilities

Promote AWS value and provide architectural/technical support to major retail and consumer goods companies.
Build and own relationships with customers’ senior leaders.
Proactively identify new technical opportunities to impact business objectives.
Design customer solutions with extensibility, scalability, and maintainability in mind.
Define long-term milestones for customer success.
Disseminate AWS technical information through seminars, hands-on sessions, and workshops.
Transform delivered solutions into reference designs for reuse by other architects.
Own root-cause resolution of complex problems for customers or internal issues.
Contribute to AWS platform improvements based on customer feedback.
Be a thought leader, sharing industry solutions across geographies to drive impact.
