Job summary

flatexDEGIRO AG is seeking a Senior Requirements & EUC Management Lead in Amsterdam to support and own senior operational topics across Requirements Management and EUC disciplines. You will engage with Bank and IT stakeholders to align priorities, govern processes, and drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights.

The role requires several years in portfolio or account management, strong leadership, and proficiency with JIRA/Confluence and AI tools.

Qualifications

• University degree with a focus on business, banking or technology.
• Knowledge of capital markets, securities products, and exchange business basics.
• Knowledge of banking law and regulations (MaRisk, BAIT/DORA, KWG, EUC).
• Good knowledge of IT landscape and end-to-end SDLC.
• Experience with requirement management processes, agile, ITIL and Scrum preferred.
• Several years in Portfolio, Service, Product or Account Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, and AI tools.
• Willingness to contribute to company growth and adapt.
• Strong communication, persistence and diplomacy.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving and visualization.
• Ability to prioritize among competing objectives and switch context.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Groupwide Requirement & EUC Management in senior operational topics and governance.
• Improve governance, quality and consistency of end-to-end Requirements Management and EUC lifecycles.
• Own the operational area and ensure efficient execution of tasks.
• Develop and enhance Processes, SOPs and control measures for Requirements Management and EUC Management.
• Act as a primary contact for Bank and IT departments and manage stakeholders across the organization for EUC topics.
• Support prioritization and lifecycle activities based on business value and capacity.
• Translate complex portfolios into strategic insights and data visualizations for Board-level roadmaps.
• Provide timely reporting on prioritization and processing to support planning.
• Set strategic objectives and drive progress across the function.
• Foster collaboration across stakeholders and SMEs during the lifecycle.
• Leverage AI to drive improvements across the department.

This is what you’ll do

• Support the Head of Groupwide Requirement & EUC Management in supporting and owning senior operational topics, stakeholder engagement, and functional leadership across the Requirement Management and EUC discipline.
• Optimize and enhance the governance, quality, and consistency of the end-to-end Requirements Management and EUC lifecycles.
• Own the operational area and ensure the efficient and effective execution of all tasks within scope.
• Own and continuously enhance the Requirements Management and EUC Management processes, including governance, process descriptions, SOPs, and control measures.
• Act as a key point of contact for Bank and IT departments, managing stakeholders across the organization with a focus on alignment and expectation management, and for EUC-related topics.
• Support prioritization and requirements lifecycle activities and ceremonies based on business value, strategic alignment, and resource capacity with Bank, IT stakeholders, and Requirements Coordinators.
• Translate complex requirement portfolios into strategic insights and date visualization using metrics that support Board-level roadmaps requirement processing, long-term planning, and portfolio alignment.
• Provide accurate, timely, and actionable reporting on prioritization, RPC, and requirements processing to support capacity allocation, delivery planning, and decision-making.
• Set strategic objectives for the function, bring change and new ideas, monitor progress, and drive achievement across the operational area.
• Drive collaboration across stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the requirements lifecycle, ensuring alignment with planning and implementation activities.
• Leverage AI usage to drive departmental and organisational improvements.

You’ll bring us these skills

• University degree with a focus on business or banking or technology
• Knowledge of the capital market, all securities products, and the technical basis of the stock exchange business
• Knowledge of banking law and standards / regulations (esp. MaRisk, BAIT/DORA, KWG, EUC)
• Good knowledge of the IT landscape and end-to-end SDLC
• Knowledge of requirement management processes, agile, ITIL and Scrum knowledge preferred
• Several years of experience in Portfolio, Service, Product or Account Management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, and AI tools
• Willingness to foster the dynamic growth of the company
• Effective communication skills, persistence and diplomatic skills
