Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands is seeking a Senior Consultant to support financial institutions with regulatory, data and reporting needs. You will help clients navigate regulations, lead projects and expand client relationships while applying AI and data tools to compliance challenges.

The role emphasizes multidisciplinary teamwork, strategic thinking and delivering practical, innovative solutions in a regulated environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial services or consulting.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as DORA, ESG, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, Wft, Wwft and MiCAR.
Experience leading projects and teams in fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to identify and pursue commercial opportunities with clients.
Interest in applying AI, data and technology to compliance and risk challenges.
Excellent spoken and written Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Support clients through transformations and risk management initiatives.
Navigate complex new laws and regulations with practical guidance.
Lead initiatives, contribute to service offerings, and develop client relationships.
Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and share knowledge across projects.
