Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 3 years of experience in recruitment. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Recruitment / Executive search.
• Living in the Amsterdam area is a must.
• Dedicated to proceed your career within Executive Search in the Renewable Energy.

Responsibilities

• Build and run your ‘own’ business within CGS.
• 360 Headhunting: from sourcing to placement.
• New Business Development to create your personal client portfolio.
• Pro-actively advise clients and manage relationships with hiring managers.
• Negotiate T&Cs, SLAs and RPOs.
• Business optimization to strengthen your relationships and upsell your services.
• Guiding your candidates through the entire application process.
