P3 Logistic Parks in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our corporate legal team. You will oversee the legal security of real estate activities, support development strategies, and act as a trusted business partner enabling commercially sound decisions and sustainable growth.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Law, 6+ years PQE in real estate, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law with specialization in Real Estate, Commercial, or Corporate Law.
• Minimum 6+ years PQE, ideally with real estate investment/management background.
• Experience in an international environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch real estate, corporate, and commercial law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing, development, and corporate law matters with a commercial focus.
• Provide strategic legal advice balancing risk and business objectives.
• Coordinate disputes, due diligence, and cross-border transactions.
• Collaborate with investment, development, asset management, and finance teams.
• Guide governance, compliance, and intercompany agreements.
