Job summary

P3 Logistic Parks is seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to join the Netherlands team. You will safeguard the company's real estate activities and support development strategy, acting as a trusted business partner to enable commercially sound decisions.

The role covers leasing, development, corporate matters, disputes, and structuring of transactions across Europe. Fluency in English and Dutch, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, international

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Law; specialization in Real Estate, Commercial, or Corporate Law preferred.
Minimum of 6+ years PQE in real estate investment or related field.
Extensive experience in real estate transactions, leasing, development, and corporate law.
Independent, pragmatic thinker with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Experience in an international environment is highly desirable.
Fluent in English and Dutch with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Structure and negotiate commercial leasing, renewals, terminations, and related docs.
Manage disputes and coordinate external counsel on leasing, construction and service matters.
Lead legal workstreams in development, investments, financing and disposals.
Oversee corporate matters: incorporations, restructurings, governance, and intercompany agreements.
Provide strategic legal advice aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable timely, compliant project execution.
