Job summary

Learned is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Utrecht-based team. You will design, build, and maintain our SaaS platform across the entire stack, from React front-ends to Node.js back-end services.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to turn ideas into impactful features. You will lead technical design, mentor juniors, review code, and help shape architecture while delivering high-quality, scalable software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a senior full stack developer.
• Proficient in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Able to lead on technical decisions, mentor others, and drive quality.
• Curious, proactive, eager to learn and grow the platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain our SaaS platform across the stack.
• Build interfaces in React and APIs with Node.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn ideas into features.
• Lead technical design sessions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Mentor junior developers and review code to uphold standards.
• Improve developer workflows, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Take ownership from planning through deployment and delivery.
