Job summary

NEP Europe is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong React focus to build and evolve the user-facing workflows behind our TFC platform. You will stay hands-on across the stack while guiding the team to make sound technical decisions and deliver incrementally.

You will work on APIs, data integrations, and services that control live production systems, collaborating with offshore colleagues and stakeholders to ensure reliability, usability, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of producing production software with strong UX judgment.
• Strong React and modern JavaScript skills for building clear, responsive interfaces.
• Experience shaping a design system or shared UI patterns across a product.
• Fullstack API design, integrations, data flows, and user-facing features; backend language varies.
• Experience leading technical decisions within a team or domain, balancing ambiguity and trade-offs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience collaborating with offshore teams across locations/time zones.
• Expertise in AI-assisted development, able to assess tools, improve workflows, and verify shipped code.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve accessible, responsive React interfaces for TFC workflows used by engineers and operators.
• Deliver fullstack features across UI, APIs, services, data flows, and integrations while keeping backend language open.
• Shape maintainable frontend architecture, component patterns, and state management as the product grows.
• Translate ambiguous product and operational needs into clear technical options and incremental delivery plans.
• Set high standards for code quality, testing, accessibility, performance, security, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, design, engineering, and offshore stakeholders; manage dependencies and shared outcomes.
• Facilitate technical discussions, document decisions and trade-offs, and resolve disagreements with clear paths forward.
• Review code and designs to improve correctness and mentor teammates for autonomy.
• Use AI-assisted tools to explore options, plan, implement, and review work with accountability for shipped results.
• Challenge assumptions and inspire innovation to improve development practices.
