Job summary

NEP Group is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong React focus to build and evolve user-facing workflows on the TFC platform. You will stay hands-on across the stack, drive technical decisions, and ensure reliable software for live production environments.

You’ll shape frontend architecture, collaborate across product, design, and offshore teams, and leverage AI-assisted tooling to improve efficiency while maintaining accountability for shipped work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and supporting production software with strong UX judgment.
• Experience shaping a design system or shared UI patterns across a product.
• Fullstack APIs, data flows, and UI features; backend language may vary.
• Experience leading technical decisions within a team or domain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex topics to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated collaboration with offshore teams across locations/time zones.
• Expertise in AI-assisted development; assess tools and verify generated code.

Responsibilities

• Build accessible, responsive React interfaces for TFC workflows.
• Deliver fullstack features across UI, APIs, services, data flows, and integrations.
• Shape maintainable frontend architecture, component patterns, and state management.
• Translate ambiguous product needs into technical options and incremental plans.
• Set a high bar for code quality, testing, accessibility, performance, security, and production readiness.
• Work with Product, design, engineering, and operations, including offshore colleagues; manage dependencies.
• Facilitate technical discussions, document decisions and trade-offs, and resolve disagreements with a clear path forward.
• Review code and designs to improve correctness and maintainability; mentor teammates.
• Use AI-assisted tools to explore options, plan, implement, and review work; verify generated output.
• Challenge assumptions and inspire teammates to improve how the team develops software.
