Qualifications
10+ years of deep technical experience in the top-tier radar/defense industry.
Expert-level knowledge in at least two domains: Signal Processing, RF Hardware Design, VHDL/Embedded C++, or Radar Algorithms.
Experience in developing complex Radar or Electronic Warfare systems.
Fluent in English, capable of influencing and debating technical strategies.
Responsibilities
Design and optimize next-generation FMCW radar architectures focusing on signal-to-noise maximization.
Lead development of real-time processing engines using VHDL and C++.
Develop advanced radar algorithms that outperform industry standards.
Integrate defense-grade resilience into commercial stacks.
Explore and integrate AI/ML models into the signal processing pipeline.
