A leading radar technology company in the Netherlands seeks experienced engineers to drive the frontier of FMCW radar technology. Candidates should have over 10 years in the radar/defense industry, along with expertise in signal processing, RF hardware, and embedded systems. This role offers autonomy in design and the chance to influence real-world applications while being part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of deep technical experience in the top-tier radar/defense industry.
• Expert-level knowledge in at least two domains: Signal Processing, RF Hardware Design, VHDL/Embedded C++, or Radar Algorithms.
• Experience in developing complex Radar or Electronic Warfare systems.
• Fluent in English, capable of influencing and debating technical strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize next-generation FMCW radar architectures focusing on signal-to-noise maximization.
• Lead development of real-time processing engines using VHDL and C++.
• Develop advanced radar algorithms that outperform industry standards.
• Manage hardware-software interface defining RF design parameters.
• Integrate defense-grade resilience into commercial stacks.
• Explore and integrate AI/ML models into the signal processing pipeline.
