Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to own Record-to-Report for its German entities. You will lead IFRS reporting, optimize processes, and drive automation in an international setting.

The role requires IFRS expertise, ERP proficiency (SAP/Workday/Oracle), and strong collaboration across finance teams in multiple countries. German accounting knowledge is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong IFRS knowledge and German statutory accounting is valued.
• Experience with R2R cycles in international settings.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Interest in data automation and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS financial statements.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes and reconciliations.
• Coordinate German Jahresabschlüsse and liaise with auditors.
• Oversee payroll accounting and intercompany reconciliations.
• Perform variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Drive R2R process improvements and automation initiatives.
