Qualifikationen

• ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent professional qualification or progress toward
• IFRS knowledge; German statutory accounting knowledge valued
• Experience managing R2R cycles, statutory reporting, and payroll accounting in international environments
• ERP systems expertise (SAP/Workday/Oracle) with advanced Excel
• Interest in data and automation tools (Power BI, SQL, Python)
• Excellent English communication; German language skills are a bonus

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS financial statements and local standards
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities; balance sheet reconciliations; resolve discrepancies
• Assist in German Jahresabschlüsse and coordinate with auditors
• Oversee payroll accounting and intercompany reconciliations across entities
• Perform variance analysis to provide actionable commercial insights
• Champion R2R process improvements through standardization and automation
