Job summary

Qblox is seeking a driven Program Manager to oversee multi-disciplinary hardware-software initiatives enabling scalable quantum computing. You will translate high-level goals into actionable milestones across FPGA, RF, embedded firmware, software, sourcing, and manufacturing, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes requirements management, data-driven execution, and strong stakeholder leadership within a high-tech, international team based near Delft.

Qualifications

• Extensive PM experience leading multi-disciplinary R&D projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• PMP certification or formal training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Navigate projects through the PLM process, finishing on time and on budget.
• Engage with R&D leads to secure resources and estimates.
• Create detailed program and project plans with resource requirements.
• Maintain program budgets and spend visibility.
• Present status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and dependencies; mitigate to keep paths on track.
• Lead Engineering Change Management within the program.
• Maintain validation plans and test results.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders.
