Job summary

John Sisk & Son is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Data Centre team in the Netherlands. You will own commercial management of projects, work with the Contracts Manager and project team to maximise value and manage risk.

The role also involves leading procurement, preparing forecasts, managing variations, and mentoring junior staff to uphold our performance standards.

This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to contribute to diverse high-value projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience with design and build contracts and high-value projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to support project teams.
• CPD in commercial/legal updates (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and procurement for projects.
• Represent company in commercial matters protecting entitlements.
• Prepare forecasts, cash flow, reconciliations and final accounts.
• Mentor junior commercial staff and drive performance.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management on risks.
