Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree required in quantity surveying or related discipline.
• Training in commercial management, dispute resolution and contract law desirable.
• Chartered membership of RICS, CIOB or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial and contractual issues on the project and lead the commercial management.
• Provide commercial leadership, strategy and procurement from tender to final account.
• Forecast cash flow, reconciliations, valuations and manage variations with records.
• Prepare final accounts on traditional and design-build contracts.
• Mentor and supervise quantity surveyors and assistants.
• Support pre-construction tenders with commercial input.
