Job summary

Vitestro seeks a Senior QS officer to drive continuous improvement of quality systems and support the company through change control. You will review existing processes, identify improvements, and help implement practical, compliant solutions.

You’ll guide colleagues through change control, ensuring proper approvals and timely completion, while balancing rigorous regulatory requirements with pragmatic, creative thinking.

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to assess existing processes and improvements.
• Experience in regulated environments and understanding of quality systems.
• Systematic, process‑oriented working style with drive to improve compliance.
• Identify and develop practical quality solutions while complying with regulatory requirements.
• Guide colleagues through change control by asking questions and ensuring approvals.
