Trinamics is seeking a Control Systems Integrator in the Eindhoven region to lead the design and integration of control systems for high-tech applications, from prototype to final product. Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Control Engineering, Mechatronics or comparable technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a lead-engineering or senior engineering role.
• Demonstrable experience with real-time controller integration, controller design, machine calibration and controller tuning.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, TwinCAT, Python, LabVIEW.
• Experience in high-tech environments such as semiconductors, robotics, positioning stages or laser-based communication modules.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Designing and implementing controllers, including SW and FW interfaces, on both custom-made and off-the-shelf control platforms (such as PLC software in Beckhoff TwinCAT).
• Integrating, configuring and troubleshooting real-time controllers.
• Carrying out machine calibrations and controller tuning to achieve optimal performance and stability.
• Analyzing system behaviour and identifying improvements based on test results.
• Building tools for simulation, data analysis, diagnostics and visualization.
• Developing and maintaining Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation setups.
• Acting as the technical point of reference within a multidisciplinary engineering team, where testing and validation determine whether a complex system runs reliably and reproducibly.
