Job summary
Pentair X-Flow is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for the Enschede, Netherlands site. You will drive data-driven quality improvements, lead RCCM investigations, and manage risk assessments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in Quality Engineering or related technical disciplines.
- Proven experience leading RCCM investigations and corrective action programs.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies including FMEA and risk-based decision making.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain quality dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting tools.
- Lead RCCM investigations for customer complaints, escapes, non-conformances, audit findings, and process failures.
- Perform risk assessments for products, processes, projects, and operational changes.
