Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer in the Netherlands (Delft) to lead the quality engineering function. You will drive strategic direction, oversee project delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet stringent quality and regulatory standards.

The role requires a strong leadership background, a technical degree, and 10+ years in quality engineering, with Dutch and English fluency. Oil & Gas exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Dutch and English language skills, spoken and written.
• Oil & Gas sector experience preferred.
• Experience with quality management systems and processes.
• Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery competencies.
