Job summary

ASML is seeking a Lean Change Agent to guide management and teams in growing Lean maturity within the Manufacturing Services Operational Excellence group. You will coach, facilitate and build capability to embed Lean into daily management and decisions, enabling sustainable performance improvements.

You will drive Lean transformation, support strategy deployment, and act as a trusted business partner with stakeholders across the organization, helping turn improvement ideas into tangible results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree.
  • Experience in Lean deployment, Operational Excellence, change management or transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean principles, change management and leadership development.

As a Lean Change Agent, you guide line management and teams in growing their Lean maturity in a planned and ASML Management System supported way. Through coaching, facilitation and capability building, you help the organization embed Operational Excellence principles into daily management and decision making. You lead and facilitate transformation initiatives that are part of the Manufacturing Services improvement roadmap. You support leaders and teams in developing the mindset, behaviors and capabilities required to achieve sustainable performance improvements. You will be part of the Manufacturing Services Operational Excellence organization and act as a trusted and challenging business partner for leadership teams.

Role and responsibilities
  • Drive Lean transformation
  • Support the deployment of Operational Excellence strategy and roadmaps.
  • Guide departments in their Lean maturity journey.
  • Drive sustainable implementation of Lean principles, standards and leadership behaviors.
  • Support long-term organizational capability development.
Build organizational capabilities
  • Coach leaders and teams in Lean thinking, continuous improvement and problem solving.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions and learning interventions.
  • Develop internal capabilities through coaching and train-the-trainer approaches.
  • Support leaders in developing ownership for Operational Excellence.
Enable sustainable improvement
  • Facilitate improvement programs and strategic improvement initiatives.
  • Support departments in defining and tracking improvement objectives.
  • Ensure improvements are embedded into daily management systems.
  • Drive sustainability and prevention of performance fallback.
Act as trusted business partner
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Challenge leadership teams constructively on priorities, behaviors and improvement opportunities.
  • Connect strategic objectives with operational execution.
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments.
Stay connected to the operation
  • Maintain a strong presence in the operational environment.
  • Use observations from the workplace to guide coaching and development activities.
  • Ensure Lean deployment remains practical, relevant and focused on business impact.
  • Support teams in turning improvement ideas into sustainable results.
Education and experience
  • Bachelor or Master degree.
  • Experience in Lean deployment, Operational Excellence, change management or transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean principles, change management and leadership development.
  • Experience coaching leaders and facilitating organizational change.
  • Experience within manufacturing, logistics or technology environments is preferred.

Other information

For this position, the indicative (fixed) annual salary range is between 98,000 euro and 110,500 euro. This range comprises vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment. Company profit sharing is not included in this range. The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant education and (work) experience, certifications, demonstrated abilities of the candidate, pay relative to other team members.
