Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is seeking a Senior Manager, QA Shopfloor Lead to oversee the QA Shopfloor program at Leiden CTF, acting as deputy to the Associate Director and guiding the team in batch record review, deviations and CAPAs within GMP-compliant systems.

You will partner with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality Control and Validation to drive inspections readiness, ensure timely quality governance, and foster a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement across the QA

Excellence in written and verbal communication.
Ability to work cross-functionally and develop strong partnerships.
Proven leadership for difficult decisions in a matrix environment.
Leads and drives cross-functional project teams and performance.
Contributes to departmental quality initiatives and governance.
Experience with quality management systems and electronic data systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the QA Shopfloor program at Leiden CTF and back-up for the Associate Director.
Prioritize activities and escalate quality issues to QA management.
Represent QA Shopfloor in site and cross-site projects and changes.
Contribute to inspection readiness plans and activities.
Provide GMP oversight during audits and regulatory inspections.
Monitor compliance, performance indicators, and CAPA timelines.
Support qualification, onboarding and growth of QA Shopfloor staff.
Collaborate with manufacturing, MSAT, Quality Control and other functions.
