Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is seeking a Senior Manager, QA Shopfloor Lead to oversee the QA Shopfloor program at the Leiden CTF and ensure GMP compliance across manufacturing, warehouse and quality control activities.

You will lead the QA Shopfloor team, drive continuous improvement, capably manage audits, and collaborate with site stakeholders to maintain quality governance and timely investigations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related life/science field preferred.
• 8+ years of cGMP experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with quality management systems and manufacturing operations.

• Lead QA Shopfloor programs ensuring GMP compliance and real-time batch record review.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within QA Shopfloor and ensure changes are compliant.
