Job summary

Your mission

• Define, improve, and maintain QA processes across multiple projects
• Design test strategies and test plans based on project risks and requirements
• Perform functional, integration, regression, acceptance, exploratory, and API testing
• Identify risks early and proactively prevent quality issues
• Work closely with developers, product owners, project managers, and customers
• Help teams improve quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle
• Contribute to test automation initiatives and quality tooling
• Improve release readiness and deployment confidence
• Promote a quality-first mindset within the organization

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test strategies
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and exploratory testing
• Experience testing APIs and backend systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
• Attention to detail combined with pragmatic decision-making
• You genuinely care about software quality
• You identify problems before customers do
• You take initiative rather than waiting for instructions
• You continuously improve your knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
