Job summary

Harver, a Netherlands-based global talent intelligence company, seeks a senior QA Manager to own quality across all Harver platforms. You’ll shape quality strategy from discovery onward and lead a team of QA Engineers, coaching them and raising the bar on what good looks like.

You’ll bring hands-on automation expertise with Playwright, Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and Postgres, plus fluency with AI-assisted engineering.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading QA Engineers and building a high-performing team.
• Hands-on with Playwright, Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB and Postgres.
• Fluent with AI-assisted engineering tools (Claude Code, agents, skills) to scale quality.
• Deep automation expertise and credibility in writing automation tests across the stack.
• Own test architecture, acceptance criteria, risk tiers and non-functional requirements.
• Strong production-health instincts: monitoring, signal review, incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own quality across every Harver platform and define the health metrics for each platform.
• Lead and grow the QA function, coaching engineers and setting clear direction.
• Shift quality left by integrating QA into discovery and requirements.
• Own acceptance criteria and test contracts as the backbone of quality.
• Own and evolve the test automation architecture and tooling.
• Drive production health across platforms with regular signal reviews.
• Lead incident response from a quality lens and drive root-cause analyses.
• Configure AI-assisted quality pipelines across the delivery lifecycle.
