Harver is seeking a senior QA Manager to own quality across our platforms, shaping how quality is designed from discovery onward. You will lead a team of platform-focused QA Engineers, coach them, set direction, and raise the ceiling on what excellence looks like.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading QA Engineers and building high-performing teams.
• Hands-on with Playwright, Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB and Postgres.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools (Claude Code) and building scalable QA pipelines.
• Strong test automation background and ability to define test contracts and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own quality strategy across Harver platforms and set healthy quality metrics.
• Lead, coach, and grow the QA team while driving a high-trust culture.
• Shift QA left in discovery and ensure testability and non-functional requirements are defined upfront.
• Own and evolve test automation architecture, frameworks, and standards.
