Harver is seeking a Senior QA Manager to own the quality strategy across platforms. You will lead a team of QA Engineers, drive automation, and bring quality into discovery with AI-assisted tooling. You will set contracts, monitor production health, and escalate issues with RCA-driven fixes.

Hands-on automation testing across multiple platforms and stacks.
Strong incident response and production health instincts.

Responsibilities

Own quality across all platforms Harver supports and define healthy quality per platform.
Lead and grow the QA function, coaching engineers and setting direction.
Shift quality left by integrating QA into discovery and design.
Own acceptance criteria, test contracts, and non-functional requirements.
Own and evolve test automation architecture, frameworks, and standards.
Monitor production signals, track bugs and escalations, provide health scores.
Lead incident response with independent escalation authority and RCA.
Configure AI-assisted quality pipelines across the delivery lifecycle.
