Job summary

Q4S is seeking an experienced QA Lead Auditor in the Netherlands to drive and refine our QA policy across the organization. You will lead audits, report findings, and guide corrective actions to ensure top quality standards.

You will work with cross-functional teams, maintain certification body relationships, and mentor staff on ISO 9001 practices. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA role.
• Lead Auditor certification (e.g. IRCA) is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the QA policy and procedures.
• Conduct internal and external audits per ISO standards.
• Analyse audit results and prepare clear reports.
• Guide corrective and preventive actions.
• Advise management on quality improvements.
• Maintain contacts with certifying bodies.
