Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED in Amsterdam seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex client programs. You will manage scope, budgets, timelines, and risks, coordinating multidisciplinary teams in a regulated international environment.

The role requires a master’s degree, 5+ years of PM experience, strong PMO and process expertise, and hands-on use of Microsoft Project. Fluent English and Dutch are essential; we offer a hybrid work model and a career ladder with continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a high-tech environment.
• Strong expertise in PMO management, project control processes, and common project management methodologies.
• Experience with KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and optimizing logistics, ERP, order management, or production processes.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft-Project is required.
• Excellent English and Dutch skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage timelines, budgets, and scope; coordinate activities and resources.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and communicate transparently with stakeholders.
• Budget & Finance: Monitor and report on project budgets and financial progress.
• Risk & Quality: Identify and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Methodologies: Apply PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, and hybrid (Waterfall + Agile) approaches.
• Process Improvement: Optimize processes using Lean Six Sigma, KAIZEN, or DMAIC.
• Documentation & Reporting: Report on KPIs, progress, and lessons learned; address deviations.
• Decision-Making: Make timely decisions on escalations, scope changes, and deviations.
• Project Closure: Evaluate results, ensure smooth handover, and document lessons learned.

We offer a starting salary of €85,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
