Vention Technologies BV in Eindhoven seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end hardware, software and IoT development from concept to production. You will mentor engineers, manage stakeholders at multiple levels, and drive agile delivery across cross-functional teams.

The role is based at the High Tech Campus Eindhoven, offering a dynamic, growth-focused environment with strong industry exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ to 8+ years proven hardware/software project management experience.
• HBO/WO level education in engineering, electronics, computer science or technical business.
• Industry PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile/Scrum roles.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with a strong client focus.
• Structured, proactive organizer with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, multi-disciplinary hardware, software and IoT development cycles from concept to production.
• Serve as the primary communication link between high-profile clients, internal engineering, and external partners.
• Own project timelines, resources, risk mitigation and budgets using agile methodologies.
• Guide, mentor and coach junior and medior project managers and engineers.
