Job summary

Rocsys Technologies Pvt Ltd in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Project Manager to direct execution of technically complex product development projects from concept to deployment. You will bridge Product Management, Development, Supply Chain and Customer Success.

You will coordinate diverse disciplines, own the execution bridge, translate strategic roadmaps into milestones, and manage handovers to Manufacturing, Sourcing and Service. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of proven project management in high-tech product development or R&D.
• Track record delivering complex hardware-software integrated products.
• Systems-level thinking and ability to engage with domain experts across technical disciplines.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Drive multidisciplinary engineering execution across hardware, software, electronics, CV, AI, and robotics.
• Manage end-to-end NPI projects; track dependencies and safeguard the critical path and scope.
• Support cross-functional collaboration between R&D and internal pillars (Supply Chain, Production, Field Service, and Procurement).
• Communicate technical status updates for strategic alignment with product management and executives.
