Job summary
Rocsys is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to industrialize autonomous charging systems. You will translate designs into scalable production, drive DFA reviews, and enhance quality and lean processes.
The role focuses on manufacturability, collaboration with R&D and Quality, and delivering reliable products through the lifecycle. Based in the Netherlands with a hybrid work model, you will contribute to a scalable manufacturing approach, ensuring products meet defined specifications while
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field is required.
- 3–7 years of manufacturing or related experience.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials and QA methods.
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering and LEAN principles.
- Solid understanding of mechanical and/or mechatronic engineering.
- Ability to understand the full value chain from suppliers to customers.
- Experience in international technical organizations.
Responsibilities
- Translate product designs into scalable, stable production processes.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality and Process Engineering for successful industrialization.
- Lead DFA reviews and drive improvement actions.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing tooling and assembly solutions.
- Ensure tooling quality and compliance through audits and reviews.
