Job summary

Rocsys in the Netherlands (Rijswijk) seeks a Senior Project Manager to steer technically complex product development from concept to deployment. You will connect Product Management, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Customer Success to deliver integrated hardware-software solutions.

You will coordinate diverse engineering tracks and translate strategic roadmaps into actionable milestones, ensuring timelines, quality and cost targets are met while collaborating across Manufacturing, Sourcing

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a highly technical field or Business Administration with an affinity with deep-tech.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a project manager in a high-tech, complex product development or R&D environment.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex hardware-software integrated products.
• Technical foundation enabling systems thinking and collaboration with domain experts across disciplines.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally to support key validation or deployment phases.
• Experience working within an international technical organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering execution across hardware, electronics, embedded/cloud software, computer vision, AI and robotics.
• Lead end-to-end product development cycles and manage the critical path and scope.
• Establish transparent communication loops between R&D teams and Supply Chain, Production, Field Service and Procurement.
