Job summary

Schneider Electric in the Netherlands seeks a Project Manager to lead high-value low- and medium-voltage power distribution projects for data centers and critical infrastructure, ensuring delivery from start to finish and coordinating international teams.

As the primary client contact, you will manage scope, risks, contracts, and profitability, drive safety and quality, and oversee FAT, SAT, commissioning, and handover to service teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience in electrical, industrial, power distribution, or critical infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of low- and medium-voltage systems and power distribution solutions.
• Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects and managing customer relationships.
• Commercial awareness, including project financials, risk management, and contract management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage.
• PMP, IPMA, or similar certification is a plus.

What will you do?
