Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics seeks a Senior Project Director - Northern Europe to lead the commercial development, operational execution, and financial performance of the Industrial Projects business across the region.

You will develop scalable project logistics solutions for heavy-lift, breakbulk and out-of-gauge shipments, manage a regional team, and own P&L while driving growth in energy, infrastructure and renewables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• Significant experience in project logistics and international markets.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Industrial Projects strategy and growth initiatives.
• Develop and secure project logistics opportunities with clients and EPCs.
• Oversee end-to-end project logistics solutions and route planning.
• Manage complex project cargo movements with heavy-lift and OOG.
• Own regional P&L and monitor financial performance.
• Mentor regional project teams and enforce standards.
